When Owen Silavwe earned a place at the University of Zambia, he struggled with choosing what to study, switching back and forth between medicine and engineering. He changed his course so often that he angered the dean and received a stern warning. Owen ultimately chose engineering, but this experience stayed with him and made him ensure he didn't let indecision control his life from then on. He still lives by this mindset today, even in his role as CEC managing director.
